Which is the best way to translate this sentence into Turkish:

I have many Turkish friends whose majority are girls.

a.) Çoğu kız çok Türk arkadaşlarım var.

b.) Çoğu kız olan çok Türk arkadaşım var.

c.) Çoğu kız olmak üzere çok Türk arkadaşım var.

Also, is it right to use "çok" as many as two times in this sentence?

Çok türk arkadaşım var, onların çoğu kızlardır.

Türk arkadaşlarımın çoğu kızlardır.

So, why is it impossible to use "olmak üzere" in this construction? When is it allowed to be used?

It is ok to use " olmak üzere " ---> "Çoğu kız olmak üzere birçok Türk arkadaşım var."

however, in daily speech, Turks prefer to make is less formal saying it as ----> 

" Çoğu kız, birçok Türk arkadaşım var."

Another formal way would be  ; " Çoğunluğu kızlardan oluşan birçok Türk arkadaşım var."

Çok türk arkadaşım var, onların çoğu kızlardır.

Türk arkadaşlarımın çoğu kızlardır.

Are my sentences wrong or correct? 

You should use "singular" ---> kız    since  you are already using plural marking by saying "çoğu ".  Plus , stressing it  with "dır"   doesn´t sound good. [At least to me].

Çoğu kız, çok Türk arkadaşım var.

half period on comma above. even if arkadaş is singular, the whole sentence is plural cus of çoğu.

instead of çok, birçok can be used. as i understand when çok used, you know all your friends well, u r talking about certain people. if u use birçok, you dont know very well all the people you are talking about.
