I understand the first sentence, but the others are confusing me as to how to rephrase them in English. Help anyone, please?

Literal translation ;

I fell in such a deep well that even if someone would give me a hand [to save me from there], I may pull him into down the bottom with me. If I have to stay right in the bottom [of the well], I would try to get out to the light every single day.

Note :

The speaker is actually expressing his helplessness and  hopelessness  using abstactive wording.

He is describing his state [situation] and his feelings as if he is in the bottom of a well, he means to say " he is in such a helpless situation that no one can help him. He is feeling such helpless that he may even pull  -the people who are willing to help him- down with him.  In other words, he feels that nobody can help him to get him out of that depressive situation. [ or feelings]
