In the event of obtaining work permit from the ministry of  Labor and Social Security, hereby,  this work contract is valid for 1 year from the date mentioned in working permit document along with 2 months trial period.

During the trial period,

The parties [ Employer and Employee] can annul this contract without any notice or compensation.

Application of extending work permit & obtaining permit from the Ministry of Labor and Social  Security  is necessary in the event of  the labor intends to continue to work in this same work-place at the end of his/her work-permit contract.[ before his work-permit runs out]

It was essential for right understanding and decision making

I hope you got the general idea about what it says in that official text.

Basicly it says " Once you obtain the work-permit, it will be valid for  1 year.[including 2 months trial period]

Employer or Employee can annul [cancel] this contract during this trial period.

And once this 1 year is over, you naturally need to extend this work-permit  to be able to carry on working in the same place - by applying to the ministry of Labor and Social Security.

I understood general idea of prolongation (your translation was really clear) but unfortunatelly I couldn´t get:

1) if the work during trial period will be paid (or I have to work without salary??)

2) if extending work-pemit is my obligation or company will help.

There is one more sentance I do not understand and maybe it is connected with the paragraph I posted before: "...

Çalışan, (ikramiyeye ilişin olanlar da dâhil) ücrete ilişkin kendisine yapılan fazla ücret ödemelerini Şirket’e tam olarak ve aynı para biriminden iade etmeyi kabul ve taahhüt eder"

1. Question : On your original text, It doesn´t say anything about with salary or without salary during 2 months trial.

2. Question :

in the original text there is nothing about payments during trial period.

Bana gore I have to insert something into Sozlesme to make this clear.
