Hi Everyone!

People who are here for a long time probably remember me I used to help a lot with translations and explanations. Then I got really busy with my doctoral studies and could not wround here for a while.

Meanwhile, I helped build an English for Turkish speakers course on Duolingo. If you haven´t heard about it, Duolingo is a free language-learning and crowdsourced text translation platform. It is 100% free, and it will always be. (you can watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyzJ2Qq9Abs)

Currently many language pairs exist, you can check them on www.duolingo.com. The Turkish-English course has been there only for two weeks, so it is still in beta. Although the course is designed for Turkish users to learn/practice English, especially if you have some basic knowledge of Turkish you can also use it to improve or practice your Turkish. The actual Turkish for English course will be released probably in a month.

You can also practice languages using Duolingo app on android or ios, Turkish is not in the apps yet but will make it there soon.

Let me know if you have any questions.
