About names

When someone says "babacim" it means "daddy". I also saw that you can add the -cim/-im suffix on names, for example Mehmet -Mehmetcim ( I saw it in turkish tv series) . How can I make name Yiğit to sound like that? Yiğitim or Yiğitcim?

İf last vowel is=suffix is

a/ı=cık

e/i=cik

o/u=cuk

ö/ü=cük
