Merhaba.

What do they mean by this newspaper headline?

Türk turizmi uzaklara kurban!

Milyonlar havalara uçacak

It´s like "Turkey is a victim of the distances?" or "of the remote ones"??

It is not very meaningful. There is a reference to sacrafice eid. Tourism increases in this eid. People go to other cities for a holiday. Kurban olmak means something different in this sentence:.

kurban olayım! colloq.

She´s/It´s so wonderful I feel like dying for her/it.

So toursim is fond of distances

It´s a pun. But it´s not clear or good one. It´s sounds negative at first (victimization) than you realized (after reading the article) it used in a positive context which trying to say a good thing.

Something like:

Increased circulation (both money and travel) was so good for domestic tourism in (this) long holiday
