My try as learner - please wait for confirmation or correction from other forum members, as I am not sure about this.
bir insani herhangi biri kirabilir, ama bir tek en cok sevdigi acitabilirmis. Cok acittiginda anladim
Anyone can hurt a man, but only one can hurt someone who they love the most. I understood this after your did this (hurt someone).

My vetsion:
A random person can hurt a person, but only the one they love can give them pain in the heart. I understood that when you gave my heart a pain.

Anyone can hurt someone, but only the one that someone loves most can hurt in real. I understood that when you hurt me. (~so that you are the one that I love most)

Thanks all for your translations! I didn´t notice that here "en çok sevdiği" is a subject, and not object of "acıtabilirmış" - obviously, it cannot be object because of missing "-(n)i" suffix.

´In real´ - I have noticed that Turkish people sometimes use this expression when speaking English but it is not an expression we use. Generally we might say ´in reality´ but that doesn´t fit in this case. I think perhaps it should be ´only the one that someone loves the most can really hurt (them)´

Thank you for the correction So yes "really" fits there more
