i think your sentence is correct. you can also say:

(ben) Londra´da ailemle birlikte yaşıyorum.

Oh yeah completely forgot about ´together´. Thank you so much for the correction.

Also must we really put, ´ben´ at the front of the sentence? is this optional? I thought with the ending stating that it was ´me´ that was stating, ´yasiyorUM´ I wouldn´t need to put ben at the front??

You don´t need to use ben, that´s why i put it in bracket.

halturklondon i think there is nothing wrong with your sentence. You don´t have to use "birlikte".

Actually both are ok and proper . But i would say Londra´da ailemle yaşıyorum.
