It´s simply a translation request. Why are you asking questions about as to why? You simply chose to translate or you dont. Why is it such a problem for you?

I see something I wouldn´t do. I ask people why they do it. No problem. Well if you call this a problem, then why is it a problem for you that I ask this?

I don´t fully understand how it works. Are you going to tell me how neither of you weren´t able to learn Turkish/English in 8 years?
