try to find someone who knows turkish and your native language.
learning turkish via english for non-english speakers is not a good idea.
still, if the learner and teacher know english, it might be useful in some ways.
if there is no alternative, turkish may be taught in english. In this case, the teacher and the learner should know english good enough.
