Yeah you are right. I focused on only a part of sentence. I didnt see "I am with". I do this very often. I am getting old

birlikte : together

birlikte+im(personal suffix)------------>birlikteyim (i´m together)

ile (with)

... ile birlikteyim (I´m together with ...)

If you don´t want to use "birlikte", you can also use this way:

... ile (with ...)

ile + im(personal suffix)-------------->ileyim (I am with ...)

arkadaş+lar(plural)+m(possessive)----->arkadaşlarım ile-->arkadaşlarımla

arkadaş+lar+m+la+ım(personal)------->arkadaşlarımlayım (i´m with my friends)

/arkadaşlarım ileyim

but we usually prefer all of them as suffixes: arkadaşlarımlayım
