A few World Cup Sentences. Hope these OK? But one I did not know.

1. Italy Lost, Germany tied and Costa Rica won.

İtalya kaybetti, Almanya berabere kaldi ve Kosta Rika kazandı.

 

2. I liked Holland´s goals.

Hollanda´nın gollarını sevdim.

 

3. Spain is out.

(or eliminated)

?

 

4. Greece hasn´t won yet.

Yunanistan henüz kazanmadı.

elemek : to eleminate

ele+n(passive)+mek : elenmek : to be eliminated

4th sentence is correct

Alternative for it : Yunanistan henüz bir maç kazanmadı. (Greece hasn´t won any match yet.)
