Selam,

1- I asked this quesstion just to know, nothing else

Bu soruyu sadece bilmek için sordum, başka bir şey için değil.

2- Try to avoid smoking gradually at least in Ramadan. Smoking is not good for your health

Hiç olmazsa ramazanda sigarayı kademeli olarak bırakmayı dene. Sigara içmek sağlığın için iyi değil.

My opinion - Neither the method (i mean gradually), nor the time (Ramazan) is suitable to quit smoking.

Selam Melashkar

For your post you are so right when it comes to smoking what a nasty habit and so BAD for your health it really should be illegal. I know How addicting it is as I am on the verge of quitting myself. I have cut down 75% I wish the best of luck to you and your loved one who you are worried for to quit. Encouraqement is wonderful advice. What makes me more serious is when I think of the money I have wasted over the years,my health and skin as it will age you too. And #1 the people around me who I care for!
I don't think they deserve to be exposed as second hand smoke is worst.
you and your family

Take Care!

Peace and Love,
Tsarevna Stacia

Kelley
