Thinking about Studying in Turkey

Hello and Salam to everyone here. Hi, I am Asad. I am planning to start my undergraduate education in Turkey. I have an offer right now from both Bilgi and Bilkent, with 75% and 20% scholarship respectively. I personally like Bilkent because I think its better but I need your guys help in choosing.

Also, I dont want to be any burden on my family. I have read that the universities doesn´t allow you to do off-campus job, but I also read a Turkish law that if your stay is above 3 months, you can have a working permit. Now my question is that is it true? Can any international student studying in Turkey help me out.

And if you work on-campus or off-campus, what´s the average wage?

Thank you so much
