I read this sentence but when coming to the last part, I couldn´t tell what rule is it and how would it be translated or what exactly does it mean, when is it formed.

I think it should be girmiş olmam

I have adapted so quickly / got used to it so quickly , one reason for this is that I have entered the prep period for the role
Literally:
girmiş olmam = my entering i.e. one reason for this was my entering the prep period
Free:
girmiş olmam = (that) I entered (it)
