First of all, welcome. A little like that / a little bit that way (--- they are obviously replying to some Q you asked -- we don´t know the context). May God be willing (a phrase said when someone else does something nice for you - you hope that God will accept the good deed done by your friend as "sevap")

Marian my friend had just returned from abroad and I had asked and hoped that his journey went well, also that I had heard that he was sick and said geçmiş olsuun!
