How can we say in Turkish : happy marriage , I mean what they say in this situation ?

If you want to congratulate a newly married couple you say shortly ---> " Mutluluklar "  / " Tebrikler" 

Or, you can make longer wish such as " Ömür boyu mutluluklar sizin olsun.! "

Allah bir yastıkta kocatsın.
