"de" is written separately when it means "also", "too"

e.g: Türkiye´de de mi var? Is it also present in Turkey?

If "de" indicates a location  (locative case), then it is used as a suffix and conjugated (with an apostrophe in case of proper nouns like Turkey) .

e.g: Türkiye´de de mi var? Is it also present in Turkey?
