Quoting Polyglot

Ben tokum çünkü Coventry´den ayrılmadan önce Zeenatı lokantasında yemiştim.

I am full I had eaten at the Zeenat restaurant before leaving Coventry.

Thank you very much

More Turkish way of saying would be --->  " while I was in Coventry [if Coventry is a  name of an area], so, that would be :

Ben tokum, Coventry´deyken Zeenat lokantasında bir şeyler yemiştim

I am full, I had eaten something at Zeenat restaurant, while I was in Coventry.
