Hi Polygot, I wouldn´t have got that one either.

I think your approach, to conjugate ´go´ and put that at the end of the sentence was good.

You may be OK with gitmiyor, depending on the context but this is more like ´he is not going´ gitmeyecek is future tense.

Para vermedikçe o gitmiyecek. 

Ya da

Para vermediğin sürece o gitmiyecek. 

 

Because of the (unless) in the English sentence.
