What are the Zazas? And Lazes? What is the Turkification percentage mean?

Probably of those who consider themselves a Turk regardless of their ethnic background.

I think Zazas a different Kurdish society. lazish is a Black Sea peoples. 

Turkification : themselves to feel like Turk. 

I notice there are no Tartar,Trakya or Avshar peoplein this list of ethnic groups, I´m sure there are other ethnic groups I missed.

There are 72  ethnic groups in western countries

Gypsy culture is all over the world and is a separate thing. Trakya is different.
