Hi M!
I clear their requirements fot both Cambridge Alevels with (AABBC) and SAT with 1380 in both math and critical reading. However will this result guarantee admission or atleast give me a good chance of?

If you are seriously considering doing a course at METU, and it obviously wouldn´t be cheap, then my advice would be to visit Ankara and experience the campus. You would be spending a few years there, so you need to know whether you like the place and it´s facilities, and you will get first hand opinions from students studying in the faculties you may be interested in.
In my opinion, a university´s reputation and ranking mean little when you eventually seek employment, unless the employer has a prejudice.
Boğaziçi University was the first Turkish University, ranked 199th, followed by Istanbul Technical University and METU was the 3rd Turkish university mentioned. (According to this list)

Well Henry for your cheap part the state universities tend to be way cheaper in Turkey at least the ones I have looked at (comparasion to UK, US, Aus, most of the places with tuition fees...). Secondly as much as I would love to travel to Turkey(amongst other places) I cant really go...
