Is the weather in Turkey in March-April cold? Does it snow at that time?

It´s a huge country. The weather is very different in the north, south, east or west. So it depends on where you´re going. Check the Turkish weather site here: http://www.mgm.gov.tr/en-us/forecast-5days.aspx

The mediterranean coast is mostly soft and warmer than western Europe.

I plan on visiting Turkey in December - January as snow does not affect me. But I heared the Routes to Kars etc get blocked. So what is the situation in rest of the country? I mean can I tour whole Turkey during that time? or roads will really be blocked?
