Complete the blanks in the sentences below.

 

  1) Anahtar  bulundu.

  The key was found.

 

  2) Kitap okundu.

  The book was read.

 

  3)  Acaba  biz  de  gitmeliyiz mi ?

   I wonder if we should also go ?

 

   4) Okulun yanındaki ev yaktı.

1) "Yakmak" ile "Yanmak" arasında bir fark var mı ?

Çünkü sözlükte ikisi "to burn" demek istiyorlar. 

 

2) "Acaba  biz  de  gitsek mi" ile "Acaba  biz  de  gitmeliyiz mi ?" arasında bir fark var mı ?

1) "Yakmak"  to burn

    "Yanmak" to burn  myself

 

 

2) "Acaba biz de gitsek mi"   this is a wish Maybe we should go too

 

 "Acaba biz de gitmeliyiz mi ?" but this is an urge /  a suggestion maybe we should go too

 

In english they have the same translation but the former is a wish and the latter an urge / a suggestion.

it is actually to burn itself , something is burning itself.

 

Evi yaktım. ---> I burnt the house.

Ev yanıyor ---> The house is burning [itself] . [it is burning itself ]
