You exist, let him just know that. To learn the truth may shatter his dreams, what is the point of killing the sweet bearded person of his dreams and losing his love?

Varsın doesnt mean "you exist" here. It means "let it/him/her."  Sometimes also it adds the meaning "I dont care" to the sentence.

Varsın gitsin. Let him/her go. (I dont care)
