I think it´s an expression and it means more like "I made a real effort".

It actually comes from my textbooks and the full sentence reads...

Senin için saçımı süpürge ettim

Τhen  JNQ has right, it makes more sense.

I even used my hair like a broom for you. This is a saying and like metioned above it means "I showed an extraordinary effort to please you".
