I have been feeling down. : Moralim bozuktu.
( to feel down : (in turkish, exactly) morali bozuk olmak, keyifsiz olmak)
Inşallah I will better soon. : İnşallah, yakında daha iyi olurum.

A few ideas.
1. Bu günlerde - in these days
hissetmiyordum - is negative
This should be OK: Bu günlerde hissediyordum üzgün.
2. I thought the 2nd sentence was OK! But small thing hissedeceğim.
I´m sure Rumeysa´s are better, of course.

Apart from Rumeysa´s answers, shouldn´t it be "üzgün hissediyordum" ? Or is the other way around also correct?

I think both of them are correct. Morali bozuk olmak, üzgün olmak, keyifsiz olmak are so close expressions.

Apart from Rumeysa´s answers, shouldn´t it be "üzgün hissediyordum" ? Or is the other way around also correct?
üzgün hissediyordum is the preferred order.
But there is something to do with emphasis and word order:
