Here is my attempt. Hopefully someone with stronger Turkish can have a look:

In Çorlu, Tekirdağ 1993, the integrated manufacturing plant grew stronger and larger, becoming one of the country´s leading production firms.

Great. Which word in Turkish corresponded to built?

In the context the "kurmak" corresponds "to build" since the firm built the plant. May be in English you may say it with another word for this context such as "establish ?"
