From what i understand this person is saying that a particular woman is his relative and she helps to protect him from other girls. He is an administrator of a group and likes to keep in touch with his family-brothers sisters etc. What is the exact translation?

In a nutshell, the guy is a group administrator and he is not in a relationship with Ceren. He sees her as a relative, a sister. She is just trying to protect him from other girls. (God knows why)
