I don´t quite remember if I asked this before but anyway.. Can any of you tell me how much money would I need if I wanted to visit Istanbul with a friend?

(Food, hotel, shopping, etc..)

And can you give me the best hotel to stay at in Istanbul, or name the best hotels there? 

And also please also name the best restaurants there..

If I were you I would prefer to laleli, sultan ahmet, sirkeci regions. You can find many hotels with good price. Before booking, you can check the tripadvisor in that way you can read many comments about the hotels. Actually i cant say anything about the total price of your trip, because it depends on your travel plan.
