How would you express "compared to which"?

Example sentence: "A company, compared to which Microsoft is small, ....."

I am thinking of something like "Karşılaştırıldığında Microsoft´in küçük olduğu bir şirket ....", but I´m not sure. Turkish complex relative clauses still don´t come naturally to me..
