So I´ve been watching this turkish series which was about  a village and I noticed that they  spoke an entirely diffrent turkish from what I´ve learned.

Like why:

- they add -vermek after every verb, like: gideverdi, unuttaverdim...

- they use this word "gare" (not sure about the spelling) almost at the end of every sentance.

Thanks in advance.

That´s right. Every part of Turkey has different dialects, same as other countries. The one you heard is at mid-western part.
