FOR ARTISTS AND PAINTERS

As a friend named Elif Berna explained, artists should tell about good and nice people, painters should make portraits of good and beautiful people. Cos their numbers are decreasing.

Merhaba

My question is very simple but i can´t find the answer.

If i want to ask my beloved -Do you want water , or anything

should i say -Su istiyorsun mu ,

or -Su mu istiyorsun?

and for anything if i ask is it always the same rule?

And how can i say - I need you .

I´m stil at the beginning. :/

Çok teşekkurler

Or you can say Su ister misin?

The rules are very consistent in Turkish.

For the tense you´re asking about, present continuous, you can´t just add mu, unless it´s he/she/it. But for past tense, you can just add mu (i.e. with vowel harmony):

istedin mi? - did you want?

´Su ister misin´ means more like ´do you like water´ (in general)?
