Zirve giderlerinin büyük bir miktarının Bavyera eyaletince karşılanacağı bildirildi.

 

eyaletince = ?

 

Does "ince" here simply mean "by" => "by the state of Bavaria"??

It´s not ince, by the way. It´s -ce

 

eyalet + i + n + ce

 

 

-i= accusative case

-n= combining letter

-ce= by
