What is the difference between sayesinde and yüzenden?

I ask because this was the question in a test:

Bu davranışları ... işten ayrıldı.
- sayesinde
- yüzünden
- olasılıkla

(By the way here is the test: http://www.turkishlanguagecenter.com/languageschool/Turkish_test.html?test=tr)

sayesinde: thanks to (leads to a positive consequence)

yüzünden: because of (negative)

Bu davranışları yüzünden işten ayrıldı.(He had to leave the job because of his behavior)

Bu davranışları sayesinde işinde terfi etti. (He got a promotion thanks to his behavior)
