Quoting am_1010

when is it the correct situation to say "eyvallah"?

A Turkish language teacher gave me 3 examples of when to use eyvallah

- when giving up, like ´so be it´, ´if you say so´

- when saying thanks with gratitude, ´Thanks a lot!´

- for saying ´goodbye for now´

Eyvallah" is an expression commonly used by men.
Turkish people sometimes say instead of all right or of course, it´s used to show appreciation too. (not exactly thank  you).
