a noun between two verbal adjective

Merhaba arkadaşlar, in this sentence "yayınlanmaya başlayan Acun Medya tarafından yapılan yetenek yarışması." acun medya is placed between başlayan and yapılan and I am confused of this situation and the meaning of the sentence can someone explain it?

It seems that there´s something missing in that sentence. But if you put "ve" before Acun Medya, it will be ok.

"yayınlanmaya başlayan" (yetenek yarışması )

                and

"Acun medya tarafından yapılan" (yetenek yarışması )

 

The underlined words form an adjective verb group.  Purple words are verbs that qualify "yetenek yarışması". Here is a simple explanation to show you how they are adjective verbs :

 

Which talent compitition? The one that started to be broadcated

Which talent compitition? The one that is produced by Acun media.
