I´m about to visit Turkey and looking for advices :)

Hi! 
Me and my Mum are going to visit Turkey soon. We´re goona spend the most of time in Antalya.
Sadly, I don´t have much knowledge about Turkey so I´m a bit worried.
I´d like to know if it´s safe to visit Turkey?
I read on some websides that women should cover their arms and legs... Is it true? I mean I can´t imagine wearing all those clothes when it´s 40 degrees outside... Can´t I wear shorts and tops?

Turkey is an extremely dangerous country. It´s full of deceivingly innocent looking bakeries and pastanesis that try to lure you in with overwhelming smells of honey sirup and fresh baked bread that´s softer than anywhere in France, after which you will feel helplessly overcome by the need to eat kadayıf, baklava, pide and God (sorry, Allah) knows what foods from heaven all week that you might as well smear on your thighs directly. You are in complete danger to return home plus 10 pounds, plus 5 shades healthy tan and blushes, not to mention the danger of getting your heart stolen by a handsome Turk or any of the hundreds of people trying to make life good for you in Turkey. You dont need to speak any Turkish for that. I mean, I´ve been there five times, take it from me. Go anywhere else in the world. Turkey is a dangerous place.

You don´t need to be covered except for when you are in religious places. To be honest, I was born in Istanbul and have lived there, and I am still afraid of going outside, especially places for tourists. You need to be wise and clever. The more you are wise the more you are safe. But Turkey is really very beautiful place to visit. And I think Antalya is safer than Istanbul. Enjoy it and don´t believe in everybody you will see. Have a good holiday. You can wear short.
