Şu makalenin parçasını çevirmeye çalışıyorum ve birkaç yapıda zorluk çekiyorum. Parça işte :

Diyarbakır’da Demokratik Toplum Kongresi’nin (DTK) “Kobane yeniden inşa Konferansı”nı izlemiştim. Bölgeden gelenler tarafından orada yapılan detaylı sunumlar, yıkımın boyutları, kamuoyuna oradaki durumun sadece çok küçük bir parçasının yansıdığının göstergesiydi. Konferansta konuştuklarım, “Türkiye’nin neden sadece Doğu’su Kobane’deki insanların acısına duyarlı, diğer yerlerde aynı hassasiyet yok” sorularına muhatap kaldığımda en kısa sürede oraya gitmeliyim diye düşünmüştüm.

I had attended the "Conference on the reconstruction of Kobane" at the Congress of Socialist Society at Diyarbakır. The detailed presentations made by local inhabitants showed that only a slight part of the state and the ravages of Kobané had rebounded on the public opinion. When I answered during the conference to questions such as "Why do only people coming from Kobane or from the East of Turkey are sensitive to Kobane´s pain and in other places there is no such concern" I had thought that I had to go there as soon as possible. 

In my translation I do not translate "konuştuklarım" because I don´t know where to put it. I think it means "the things that I have said" right ?

I do not understand very well what the author want to say in the first sentence. 

Is it that only a slight fraction of public opinion is caring for what happened in Kobane ?

Or is it that public opinion is only aware of a slight part of what happened in Kobane ?

konuştuklarımın sorularına muhatap kaldığımda= When I had to deal with the questions of the people i talked to.

There must be an ın next to konuştuklarım in this sentence. It was probably a typo.

So your translation is mostly correct.
