in this song

Gider olsan durma git
Seni zorla tutasım yok
Bütün yollar senin
Yolunu kesip durasım yok

What do "tutasım yok" and "durasım yok" mean and how they formed and can we use it with var? And what does "gider olsan" mean is there any rule for that "-er+olsa"

Are you sure these are the lyrics? Gider olsan doesn´t sound right. You can say gidecek olsan (if you were to leave, if you were set to leave) but that doesn´t fit here either. It can only be gideceksen.

"Yapası olmak" is the expression and it means to feel like doing something, and yes you can use it with var.

Hiç konuşasım yok. (I don´t feel like talking)

Bugün dışarı çıkasım yok. (I don´t feel like going out today)

Şarkı söyleyesim var. (I feel like singing)

Kitap okuyasım var. (I feel like reading a book)

Seni tutasım yok: I don´t feel like stopping you.

Yolunu kesip durasım yok: I don´t feel like keeping on cutting you off. (might sound weird in English, I´m not sure)

But notice how two different expressions come together in the second sentence:

Yapıp durmak (keep on doing sth) and yapası olmak.

Kesip dur(mak)+sı olmak=Kesip durası olmak

- Esi [Ası]   var [yok]

This construction comes onto verb stem to express our desire for doing something.

It is negated with "yok".

Verb stem + esi [ası] + Personal marking      +       var   [yok]

  git             +   esi        +    m                            +       var

gidesim  var ---> I have desire to  go

Bugün  parka  gidesim  var. ---->  I have  desire to go to the park.

[ I feel like going to the park]

Yarın işe gidesim yok --->  I have no desire to go to work tomorrow.

[ I  don´t feel like going to work tomorrow]

Küçük çocuğun süt içesi yok ----> Little child has no desire to drink milk.

Hiç  matematik çalışasım  yok  ---> I have no desire for studying maths.

                                                        [ I don´t feel like studying maths]
