I´m trying to understand the meaning of this Turkish sentence:

türkiyede eğitimi sistemi çok farklı türkiyede 2 yıllık adalet meslek yüksek okulunu bitirdim fazla biralan yok bu bölümde ben avukat olmayı istediğim için lisans tamamlamak için makedonyaya gittim hem vize yok hemde türkiyedeki  özel üniversitelerden ucuz şimdi türkiyeye geçiş yaptim.

I´m thinking this sentence is too long. If anyone could add comma(s)/period(s), that should point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Ben avukat olmayı istedimğim  ve için lisans tamamlamak için Makedonya´ya gittim. Hem vize yok hemde Türkiye´deki  özel üniversitelerden ucuz. Şimdi Türkiye´ye geçiş yaptim.

( I think, it will be better if you say "Artık Türkiye´deyim."  instead of  "Şimdi Türkiye´ye geçiş yaptım.")

The education system in Turkey is very different. I finished two-year vocational high school of law (or something like that), but there aren´t many job opportunities in this field. Since I wanted to be a lawyer, I went to Macedonia to get a bachelor´s degree. Visa is not required and the universities are cheaper than the ones in Turkey. I´ve returned to Turkey now.

Hem vizem yok hem de (de must be separeted) Türkiye´deki özel üniversitelerden ucuz. Şimdi Türkiye´ye geçiş yaptım.

and you are right about "şimdi" and "artık" but you can use "şimdi" but not right one.

... this long rambling narrative is unfortunately a typical example of language education in Turkish schools, colleges and even at a higher level.  This lady/gentleman is endeavouring to become a ´Lawyer/Solicitor/ Cousel/Avokat´ ... may God help his/her clients.

I am not trying to depricate Turkish language ... just the educational system.  Lack of punctuation is not a rare thing .. even by ordinarily, seemingly well educated people of ´middle class´.
