Dün işi gittim ama varmıdım. Yeni arabamız bozuldu. Çok tütdi ve arabayı hızla durmalıydım. Şimdi arabayı garajda ol. Düzeltesi! Biraz sonra pahalı tamir hesap alacağım

No duvet day......
Took most of the day to get recovered and get the car to the garage!!! Duvet day today instead - or rather catching up on stuff

Dün işe gittim (not işi because -e shows your direction) ama varamadım (I guess, I couldn't arrive). Yeni arabamız bozuldu (no mistake!). ???????.Şimdi araba garajda. Tamir ediyorlar!??? (they're repairing?) Biraz sonra ??? ( don^t know maybe you want to say "I'm goin to get an expensive bill?)

Of course I want correcting
I wanted to say:
Yesterday I was going to work but didn't arrive. Our new car broke down. It smoked alot and I had to stop the car quickly. May it be repaired (cursing!) Soon I will receive an expensive bill

Dün işe gidiyordum ama varmadım. Yeni arabamız bozuldu. Çok duman çıkarıyordu (I am not sure about this one because it is a technical thing, am not very good with it, mine means it was releasing a lot of smoke) ve arabayı aceleyle/hızla durdurmak zorunda kaldım (literally zorundaydım). Tamir edilsin (cursing?)! Birazdan/biraz sonra yüklü bir fatura alacağım. (expensive is pahalı but with bill "yüklü" is used meaning loadful.
Not sure about the cursing part? "may it be repaired" is a curse?

I picked the past tense of tütmek because the dictionary translates it as "to give off smoke"
As for the cursing bit I wanted to practice the -esi suffix!!!
I'll start a separate thread to deal with that though

Dün işe gidiyordum fakat varamadım. (Better : Dün işe gidiyordum fakat gidemedim - varamadım sounds alittle bit artificial) Yeni arabamız arızalandı. Çok duman çıkartınca arabayı hemen durdurmak zorunda kaldım. Umarım tamir edilebilir! Yakında kabarık bir fatura alacağım.
