Mustafam ne fetihler yapıcağız birlikte.

"Mustafa, we are going to make conquest together so much..."

i guess, dad is saying this, and he says "Mustafam", it means like this " my son Mustafa, my dear Mustafa" so, he calls to his son in this way,  more hearty and familiar...
