Ne söylediğini anladığım düşünüyorum.

"Ne söylediğini anladığımı düşünüyorum" its correct

But, maybe in this way, briefly "bence söylediğini anlıyorum" (its not in past tense, ok? Cuz you said "i understand")

Bence : i think

I understand : anlıyorum

What you are saying : söylediğini

So, " bence söylediğini (or "ne söylediğini") anlıyorum" i prefer this...more meaningful.
