Maybe I don´t search enough but I don´t find explaination about how we say "can" in Turkish.

You can do a cake => Sen bir pasta yapabilirsin

He can drive my can => O benim arabam surebilir

Is that ok ?

But how can we know for every verbs... like for "anlamak"

You can understand english => Sen ingilizce anlabilirsin (or anlayibilirsin?)

Is there a list with all verbs ?

You´re examples look pretty good but I think pişirebilirsin (bake/cook) is good too.

I believe it is: anla + y + abil + irsin

note that the ´a´ in abil follows vowel harmony, but the ´i´ doesn´t.
