Verbs that take ablative

Ablative -den -dan

 

bıkmak -> to get bored by or with

hoşlanmak -> to like

huylanmak -> to suspect

iğrenmek -> to feel disgust

kaynaklanmak -> to source

korkmak -> to fear

nefret etmek -> to hate

usanmak -> to get bored

vazgeçmek -> to evacuate, to leave

´´Nefret etmek´´ takes strictly ablative case. But yes,for the foreigners it is a bit surprising

It is surprising, just like hoşlanmak. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

The way I remember that hoşlanmak is ablative is one meaning is

- to enjoy, to take pleasure "from" something
