I found this link to the foreign voting for this past Turkish Election. It’s neat, you can click on any country and see how they voted.

The overseas and customs votes are combined and proportionally allocated throughout each of the 85 electoral districts of Turkey. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_general_election,_November_2015 see Overseas_and_customs_voting)  Therefore, in very tight races, the foreign vote can actually alter the winner.

Here are a few things which may come as a surprise:

- The AK Parti actually did better in the foreign vote as compared to their vote percentage in Turkey itself

- In France, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Australia, the AK Parti actually won

- In the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom, the AK Parti lost
