devrem maşallah maşallah allah nazardan saklasın ne kadar çok yakışmış sana

it´s quite funny sorry. but first I´ll explain some of expression

devrem means like a buddy and it is used generally during the military service but after that some people also use to call their friend from military service

maşallah is an Arabic expression actually I even don´t know how to define but I´ll try. it´s like mix of "ohh very nice" and "god bless you"

so the sentece says; hey buddy!! god protects you from the bad eyes, the thing you bought looks good on you.
