I am a little confused with these words.

I want to say "my turkish" but i am not sure what is correct.

can anyone explain the difference please?

Both mean "my Turkish". You need to add ´i´ depending on the sentence.

Türkçem nasıl? - How is my Turkish?

Türkçemi unutuyorum. - I am forgetting my Turkish.
