I need to know who I write to in Turkey to allow permission for my girlfriend to come to the United Kingdom very soon. She needs a visa but also I have to write to the goverment to tell them where she will be staying during her visit to the U.K.

your girlfriend will need to apply to the british goverment in Istanbul for a visa and also have a passport ok
